MBS/Vox focuses on capturing and analyzing "the moment of truth", be it analyses of videotaped physician-patient conversations in the exam room, ethnographic observations of the office or home, in-depth interviews of who the patient or provider is (as well as what motivates them), or online peer-to-peer interactions.
Studies are IRB approved and all work is HIPAA compliant.
